The Writer's Tears Copper Pot is a unique combination of single malt and single pot still whiskeys. The distillation is 60% Pot Still and 40% Malt (Grain is not used). Writer's Tears is triple distilled according to Irish tradition and matures in Bourbon oak casks. A great marriage of spicy Irish Pure Pot Still Whiskey with flowery Irish Single Malt. This special bottling matures another 12 months in former Marsala casks. Limited to 750 bottles!Tasting notes:Colour: Mahogany with gold accents. Nose: sweet, fruity, fruit. Taste: Nutty, spicy, forest blossom honey, caramel, apples. Finish: Long lasting, creamy.
