The Worthy Park Jamaican Rum is a true single estate product. The rum is made from molasses. The distillation takes place 100% in copper pot stills. It is stored in former American oak barrels for a total of 6-10 years. Bottled at cask strength, this rum contains neither sugar nor colour additives, nor is it chill-filtered.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich dark gold. Nose: Notes of banana split, bananas, vanilla ice cream, chocolate, green aromas. Taste: Woody bitterness, notes of slightly burnt rubber, hints of exotic fruits. Finish: Long lasting.
