In January 2013, the first spirit flowed through the stills of Wolfburn - the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. On the Christmas Edition of Wolfburn is the inscription "Merry Christmas to one and all" and is thus intended as a gift for Christmas. Tasting notes:Color: Light gold. Nose: Sweet, notes of fruit, fresh sea breeze, citrus, touch of grain, peat smoke. Taste: Sweet, nutty, floral, hints of grape, dried fruit, spices. Finish: Long lasting, sweet, peat smoke.
