In January 2013, the first spirit flowed through the stills at Wolfburn - the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. This Wolfburn is a single cask bottling distilled in June 2013. The whisky matures in bourbon hoghsheads. Dun Eideann is from the Gaelic and means Edinburgh. Distilled: June 2013 Bottled: April 2022 This is a limited bottling of 449 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Light gold. Nose: Spicy, full-bodied, notes of vanilla, malt, apple, lemon. Taste: Sweet, rich, notes of oak, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting.
