In January 2013, the first spirit flowed through the stills at Wolfburn - the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. For the annual father, the distillery presents a limited Father's Day Edition, which matures for 7 years in sherry casks and bourbon casks. It is a limited bottling of 1,840 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Bright amber. Nose: Soft, sweet, sherry aromas, notes of caramel, toffee. Taste: Sweet, notes of chocolate, truffle, toffee, smoke. Finish: Long lasting, caramel.
