On 04 February 1899 a group of 16-year-olds founded the club and they prepared the starting signal for one of the most successful clubs in the history of the Bundesliga, the SV Werder Bremen. For the spirits importer Kirsch it was now time to say thank you and this thank you was given in liquid form as Werder Gin. A Gin with 42,1% Vol. bottled, in honour of the 42.100 spectators, which the Bremen stadium at the Weser holds maximally. The gin has a special ingredient that gives it an unexpectedly exotic profile: the catcus fig. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Fresh, notes of prickly pear, lime, melon, lychee, pineapple. Taste: Fruity, fresh, notes of prickly pear, juniper, citrus, pepper, berries, melon. Finish: Long lasting.
