The whisky series includes three handcrafted small batch whiskies named for the aroma and flavor they present. The Hive (the beehive), Spice King (the spice king) and Peat Chminey (the peat chimney). Peat Chimney introduces nuanced, smoky yet balanced flavors and settles into a sap-peaty style of whiskey. Blend: - 58% Base Malts: various Speyside single malts. - 4% Support Malts: peated Highland malts and 4% peated Highland Island malts - 34% Signature Malts: heavily peated Islay malts.
