After this success, the distillery brings the Single Farm Origin Whiskies on the market, which convince especially with their origin. The distillery was founded by Mark Reynier in 2014. The focus is placed on barley and the cooperation with regional farmers and farms. Tasting notes:Colour: light gold. Nose: sweet, honey, plum notes, dark chocolate with mint filling, rose water. Taste: Intense spicy, clove spice, white pepper, grapefruit, fresh spiciness. Finish: Long lasting, oily, spicy.
