The first bottlings of the Irish Waterford Distillery were completely sold out within a very short time. After this success, the distillery brings the Single Farm Origin Whiskies on the market, which convince especially with their origin. On undulating lowland terroir, in the wind-sheltered Bishopswood, is Lakefield Farm. Seamus Duggan grows his barley there on deep clay soils, creating soft single malts with notes of rhubarb and freshly baked apple pie. Matured for 3 years, 7 months and 8 days in 46% First Fill American Oak, 23% Virgin American Oak, 15% Premium French Oak and 16% casks pre-aged with Vin Doux Naturel. Not coloured.
