Vor' is Icelandic and means 'spring'. The inspiration for this gin comes from the arctic spring and tunes an intense flavor the Icelandic summer. For the production only Icelandic botanicals and 100% Icelandic barley are used. Botanicals: juniper berries, rhubarb, black crowberries, angelica root, birch leaves, sugar kelp, kale, Icelandic moss and sugar kelp. Awards: - Double Gold in 2014 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Slightly earthy, mossy, notes of grappa aromas, vanilla, licorice, angelica root. Taste: Dry, earthy, juniper, angelica root, sour berries, notes of bitter aromas. Finish: Long lasting.
