Albrecht Von Haller, was a physicist, poet and botanist. In 1736 he founded the famous botanical gardens of Göttingen, from these gardens originate all the botanicals of Von Haller Gins. The botanicals are sent from Germany to Ireland and are distilled in The Shed Distillery to this wonderful gin.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, slightly fruity. Flavour: juniper, notes of citrus fruits, hints of ginger, lemons. Finish: Long lasting.
