The nose is somewhat exotic and sweet, of applesauce, ripe pineapple and pome fruit and orange zest. Very harmonious and well balanced on the palate. The finish is long and animating to drink. Grape varieties: Traminer, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sämling. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 6,5 g/l. Residual sugar: 104,9 g/l. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. The sweet wine goes very well with pies and sweet dishes such as dumplings or strudel, as well as with Asian cuisine.
