The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine full-time since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines. In the nose after nectarines, mild with fine honey notes and after incense. At the palate fruity after nectarines and apples, plump and after grape chocolate. Long lasting and elegant in the finish. Grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 25% Sämling and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 7,0 g/l. Residual sugar: 116 g/l. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. The sweet wine goes very well with pâtés, sweet and sour sauces, spicy cheese and strudel.
