The Tschermonegg winery is a family business, wine has been pressed on the South Styrian wine route for more than 120 years. The family owns 30 hectares of vineyards, which differ in the sites. Oberglanzberg, Lubenkogel and Pößnitzberg are among them. Tasting notes:Bright straw yellow in the glass. In the nose after apple blossoms and flower meadows. At the palate a true fruit explosion, after apricots and peaches. Long lasting and harmonious in the finish. Grape variety: Scheurebe (Sämling). Acidity: 6,0 g/l. Residual sugar: 9,5 g/l. Closure: screw cap. Enjoy the Sämling with light dishes such as baked vegetables and cheese spaetzle with leaf salad.
