On the nose very fruity, spicy with an elegant structure, of dark fruits like cherries and berries, truffle, vanilla, coffee and toast. On the palate spicy, sweet, fleshy, dark berries, dark chocolate, gingerbread, coffee and toasted bread. Long lasting on the finish. Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: 18 months in barrique. Serving temperature: 17-18°C. Drinking temperature: 16-19°C. This wine is excellent with game, lamb, beef as well as porcini mushrooms.
