Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. Ageing: 18 months in barrique. Residual sugar: 3.54 g/l. Acidity: 5,3 g/l. Serving temperature: 17-18°C. Drinking temperature: 16-19°C. Storage potential: Until 2037. This wine goes well with game and red meat.
