Seiridh is pronounced "sheh-ree" and is the Gaelic word for sherry. This perfectly balanced single malt matures in American Bourbon barrels and gets its finish in Oloroso Sherry Butts from Jerez in Andalusia, Spain. Limited to 6,000 bottles worldwide!Tasting notes:Colour: Rich gold. Nose: Rich, notes of sultanas, butterscotch, candied pecans. Taste: Sweet, notes of dried figs, Christmas cake, hints of cedar wood. Finish: Long-lasting, warm, nuts, notes of chocolate, raisins, dried fruit, hints of liquorice.
