Tomatin Cù Bòcan is a Highland single malt whiskey from the Highland distillery Tomatin. The single malt is made from slightly smoky barley malt and distilled in limited batches each winter. These bottlings are experimental Highland single malts that explore the subtleties of smoke, the characters of the casks, as well as the mastery of maturation. Cù Bòcan, by the way, is a ghost dog that is said to haunt Tomatin. The Cù Bòcan SIGNATURE is aged in bourbon, oloroso sherry as well as North American virgin oak casks. The bottling is done without cold filtration, in natural color and without age statement.
