Thomas Dakin began producing gin in the 18th century in Warrington and founded what is now Greenall's. He was a pioneer who created gin of a surprising quality and is rightly celebrated with the Thomas Dakin Small Batch Gin. 11 botanicals including juniper, orange peel, coriander, angelica, liquorice and horseradish form the basis of this gin. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Aromatic, bitter, grapefruits, notes of licorice. Taste: Bitter, slightly sweet, horseradish, pepper. Finish: Long lasting, horseradish.
