In 1840, Tom Cleary's grandfather founded a liquor and wine shop in Ireland, this shop "The Temple Bar" is the foundation stone of today's distillery. The Temple Bar Irish Whisky was traditionally distilled in copper pot stills. It is stored in former Bourbon casks. The 15-year-old whiskey was released on the 175th anniversary of The Temple Bar.
