This whisky matures for 21 years in three different types of casks. First, it goes through the maturation in Pedro Ximénez Oloroso, as well as Refill Ex-Bourbon barrels. The finish receives the Singleton Trinity Cask Harmony in European oak casks. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Sweet, fruity of black blackberries. Palate: Sweet, spicy of ginger, peaches soaked in sherry. Finish: Long lasting, balanced, toffee notes, burnt orange.
