The Czech company Albert Michler Distillery, is one of the best known and oldest independent bottlers in the rum segment. The history of the company dates back to the middle of the 19th century and has been rebuilt since 2015. Their bottlings mostly receive an innovative double maturation in the Czech Republic. The Rum Factory 15 Years Old is produced at Bodega de America S.A. in Panama and matures for at least 15 years in American white oak barrels. Tasting notes:Colour: Mahogany. Nose: Soft vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, cinnamon. Taste: Exotic fruits, coconuts, pineapple, plums, brown sugar, coffee, dark chocolate. Finish: Long lasting, toffee, dark chocolate, hint of tobacco smoke.
