The name of this whisky comes from the fact that good bartenders see and hear many stories and things, but these stories are never told by them. John Mulgrew, was such a bartender, a "The Quiet Man" or as they say in Irish "An Fuir Ciuin". The Quiet Man AN CULCHISTE 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures for 12 years in selected Kentucky Bourbon casks. The bottling is done without cold filtration.Tasting notes:Colour: Light straw gold. Nose: freshly baked brownies, butter, honey, notes of pudding. Taste: Orange peel, notes of chocolate, black pepper. Finish: Long lasting, oak, honey.
