This whisky was produced in honour of the legendary Irish folk-punk band 'The Pogues'. The West Cork Distillers - one of the last independent distilleries in Ireland - produce this whisky. The Pogues The Official Irish Whiskey of the Legendary Band is a blend made from 50% Irish Single Malt and 50% Single Grain Whisky and matures for three years and one day in oak casks.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Mild, slightly malty. Taste: Sweet, smooth, intense, malt, nuts. Finish: Long lasting.
