The Master Distiller chose barrels which emphasize the modern taste profile as well as the true Macallan Sherry Seasoned Oak Barrel Maturation.

Nose: Light, honey, notes of citrus, caramel, hints of oak.
Flavour: Fruity sweet, notes of spices, plums, raisins, nuts, soft oak.
Finish: Long lasting, fruity.
