The Macallan 18 Years Old Double Cask stands for the typical combination of oak as well as a spirit for which the Macallan distillery is known and famous. This exquisite whiskey matured in hand-selected American and European oak casks, which were first filled with Oloroso Sherry. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Dried fruit, ripe oranges, toffee, ginger notes, cloves, nutmeg. Palate: Full-bodied, soft, raisins, caramel notes, vanilla, spicy oak, citrus. Finish: Long lasting, warming, oranges, ginger notes, oak.
