The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. The family business was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. With a background of time-honored recipes from Ireland's whiskey distilling era, they strive to revive recognition of these Irish whiskeys. Each bottle of the brand is numbered, marked with the year of bottling, as well as adorned with the signature of Bernard Walsh. The Irishman THE HARVEST is a tribute to the distillations of Ireland. The single malt is made from Irish barley which is triple distilled. 70% Single Malt and 30% Pot Still Whiskey is in the whiskey. The storage takes place in former bourbon barrels made of American oak. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Soft, spicy, black pepper, peaches. Taste: Warming, spicy, dark chocolate, oak. Finish: Long lasting, butterscotch.
