Description
Glenturret is officially the oldest whisky distillery in Scotland still in operation. In 1875 the distillery was taken over by Thomas Stewart and changed from 'Hosh Distillery' to 'Glenturret'. Glenturret Triple Wood matures in American and European sherry and ex-bourbon barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: Light gold. Nose: Sweet, touch of vanilla, oranges. Taste: Sweet, cinnamon, marzipan, hints of coconut. Finish: Long lasting, hints of oak.
