Master Distiller Billy Walker of GlenAllachie, spends an endless amount of time in the distillery's warehouses to inspect the over 40,000 barrels on site. This GlenAllachie underlines this tradition and is made only from the best casks. This whisky matures for more than eleven years in first & second fill American Oak barrels. It receives the finish in Oloroso Sherry Puncheons. Not colored, not chill-filtered. Tasting notes:Color: Rich mahogany. Nose: Cinnamon, roasted coffee beans, raisins, mocha, coconut flakes.
