Created to be served as a "spritz" - with sparkling wine and elderflower juice or even tonic! This luscious fruit-flavoured gin is infused with blood orange, summer fruits and aromatic gentian root to create a distinct herbal bitterness. For absolutely delicious cocktails!Tasting notes:Ingredients for the perfect Cornish Sunshine Spritz: - 50 ml Tarquin's THE CORNISH SUNSHINE BLOOD ORANGE GIN - 100 ml sparkling wine e.g. sparkling wine or champagne - 50 ml elderflower juice Fill a wine glass with plenty of ice, add Tarquin's THE CORNISH SUNSHINE BLOOD ORANGE GIN and sparkling wine/champagne, stir. Pour the elderflower juice on top and serve with a slice of lemon or orange.
