To make this great blackberry gin, 14 exotic botanicals from all over the world have been gathered together. Botanicals: strawberries, limes, coriander seeds, liquorice root, angelica root, iris root, green cardamom, cinnamon, bitter almonds, fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit peel, violets.Tasting notes:Colour: Bright light red. Nose: Red berries, sweetish spices, juniper. Taste: Red berries, citrus fruits, flowers. Finish: Long finish, raspberries, blackberries.
