The RUM BLANC, the beating heart of all Takamaka rums. A no-frills white rum distilled with an alcohol content of 96% and blended with pure island spring water to the bottling strength of 38% vol. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Peaches, butter-sugar cookies, plums, raisins, cinnamon, hints of sugar cane. Taste: Pure, soft, touch of red grapes, lemongrass, touch of spices. Finish: Long lasting, milky tea, peppercorns, blueberry muffins. A light tropical aperitif, good for mojitos, cubra librés, daiquiris or pina coladas.
