The cider farm Sommerbauer is located in the middle of the Styrian apple road in Klettendorf of the municipality of Puch near Weiz. The farm has been managed for 2 years by Konrad Werner Sommerbauer. For the production of the cider only hand-picked apples are processed. These are pressed after harvesting or lie on the mash for a few hours, which gives the noble cider a special fullness. The products are fermented in a small neutral wooden barrel and mature there for a few months with the addition of a yeast.
