Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky matures for 36 years in a refill sherry butt and is bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 03.11.1981 Bottled: 31.07.2018 Limited to 537 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Rich gold. Nose: Pungent, herbs, malt. Taste: Earthy, spices, saffron, malt. Finish: Long lasting, apricot, pineapple.
