Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was expanded through the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky matures for 45 years in a hogshead and is bottled with its natural colouring. It gets its finish in a Sherry Butt. Distilled: 30.05.1973 Bottled: 14.06.2018 Limited to 410 bottles worldwide.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich gold. Nose: Sweet fruits, herbs, honey. Taste: Oak wood, malt, herbs, citrus fruits, pepper.
