Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky matures for 45 years in a hogshead and is bottled with its natural colouring. He gets his finish for 82 months in a sherry butt. Distilled: 10.12.1973 Bottled: 12.12.2018 Limited to 394 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Sweet aromas, lemons, caramel, chocolate, cardamom, smoke. Taste: Spicy, citrus, raisins, toffee, cocoa. Finish: Long lasting.
