Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whiskey is part of Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection and matures for 24 years in a refill hogshead. Distilled: December 22, 1995 Bottled: April 26, 2021 Cask number: 3270 Limited to 266 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Color: Rich straw gold. Nose: chewy candy, fruit salad, melon syrup, strawberry jelly. Taste: rose water, orange peel, bananas, classic Glen Elgin orange marmalade notes. Finish: Long lasting, peat, oranges, limes.
