Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whiskey matures for 14 years in first fill sherry butts and is bottled with its natural coloring and without chill filtration. Distilled: April 16, 2008 Bottled: 13 June 2022 Cask No.: 9 Limited to 639 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Rich straw gold. Nose: vanilla, dried fruit, fig, malt. Taste: custard, flower meadow, honey, malt. Finish: Long lasting, chocolate.
