Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky is matured for 6 years in a hogshead cask and bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 27.06.2013 Bottled: 05.11.2020 Limited to 915 bottles.Tasting notes:Colour: Light gold. Nose: Sweet aromas, light garden fruits, barley, campfire smoke. Taste: Baked apples, pears, malt sweets, peat, smoke. Finish: Long lasting, spicy, ginger, pepper.
