Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not chill-filtered. This whisky matures for nine years in hogsheads and is bottled with its natural coloring. Distilled: 03 October 2012 Bottled: 02 May 2022 Cask No.: 327591+327594+327598 Tasting notes:Color: Light straw gold. Nose: Slightly sweet, salty, peat smoke, notes of bananas.
