Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whisky is part of Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection and matures for 10 years in first fill sherry butt. This bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered. Distilled: May 28, 2012 Bottled: June 09, 2022 Cask number: 900779 Limited to 604 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Color: amber. Nose: sweet, dates and dried fruit, notes of vanilla. Taste: Spicy, roasted nuts, forest honey and frückte. Finish: Long lasting. This noble drop is best enjoyed neat.
