In the midst of the Corona pandemic, two young men from Austria decided to produce their own spirit "Schü". "Schü" is the first Verjus spirit in the world. Verjus is an acidic juice which is produced by squeezing green, unripe grapes. By adding the basic distillate "Agrastofmix" and six top secret flavors from Germany, this spirit is produced. It is developed and bottled in Bielefeld, Germany. Tartar may appear at the bottom of the bottle. This is a quality feature for natural ingredients and is harmless for consumption.
