The Sant Antonio winery is located near Verona, Italy. It was founded in 1989 by four brothers. The Garganega and Chardonnay grapes grow on 10-15 year old vines. The climate in this area is mild. Besides Corvinone, Corvina, Rondinella, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, Chardonnay, Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave grapes are also grown. Tasting notes:Soft straw yellow with green reflections in the glass. In the nose well pronounced aromas with a pleasant acidity. At the palate after acacia blossoms, citrus fruits, pineapple, grapefruits, pears and oranges. Long lasting and fruity in the finish. Grape varieties: 55% Garganega, 45% Chardonnay. Acidity : 5,92 g/l. Residual sugar: 8,5 g/l. Soil: Medium heavy, with boulders. Closure: Glass closure. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. Storage potential: 3-4 years. Perfect with starters or main courses with fish or seasonal vegetables, risotto or fish with light sauces.
