The Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Solera La Doma is a blend of rums aged between 6 and 24 years in wooden barrels with a finish in former American whisky barrels. Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Solera is made using the Zacapa solera process. This is the first release in the Heavenly Cask Collection. Master Blender Lorena Vásquez tries to convey a little piece of Guatemalan rum history with this series. Tasting notes:Colour: Dark amber. Nose: Sweet, fruity, sugar cane, pineapple, bananas. Taste: Fruity, exotic, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting. Drink the rum pure or on ice. It harmonizes with dishes such as flambéed pineapple or bananas.
