This rum matures first in the Caribbean and then receives a second aging in ex-Brandy Suau barrels, in Mallorca.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark amber with mahogany accents. Nose: raisins, plums, caramelized sugar, cocoa, sugar cane molasses, toasted oak, vanilla, roasted nuts, bitter almonds, toffee, hints of brandy aromas. Taste: Soft, structured, balanced acidity.
