This Special Edition was released to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Ron Centenario. The goal is to have a special batch of Centenario 1985 produced every two years. The Second Batch pays homage to the origins of Costa Rica's finest rums. It is aged exclusively in ex-Lowland Scotch whisky barrels in a tropical climate. This is a limited bottling of 3,500 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Pronounced, notes of dried fruit, coffee, vanilla, sweet oak. Taste: Dry, notes of almonds, coffee, chocolate. Finish: Long lasting, dry.
