The Quevedo family has been producing rum since 1936. This 100-year-old tradition is passed on from generation to generation. The Ron Aldea TRADICION Gran Reserva de Edición Limitada is made from the finest sugar cane, which comes from the Canary Islands. Instead of molasses, freshly pressed sugar cane juice is used for fermentation. After fermentation, this rum matures for at least 20 years in oak barrels from France. Distilled: 1994 Bottled: 2016 Limited to 2993 bottles worldwide!Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: fresh, spicy. Taste: Sweet, fruity, notes of apricot, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting, mild, hints of pepper.
