The Quevedo family has been producing rum since 1936. This 100-year tradition is passed down from generation to generation. Ron Aldea Maestro is made from the finest sugar cane, which comes from the Canary Island. Instead of molasses, freshly pressed sugar cane juice is used for fermentation. After fermentation, this rum matures for 10 years in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels. This is a limited bottling of 9,623 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Fruity, notes of orange, vanilla, honey, oak. Taste: Creamy, full-bodied, sweet, notes of tropical fruit, nuts, oak, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting.
