Centum is Latin and means one hundred. This name was chosen to celebrate the century of rum production with this rum. The complex aroma unfolds through the blending of selected old rums. It is matured in white oak barrels for up to 30 years, making it a Family Reserve. Due to the traditional Solera method, this rum is only produced in limited quantities.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: powerful, tropical fruit, vanilla, tobacco, hints of coffee. Flavour: rich, rich, smooth, sweet, spicy, notes of pastry, honey, toffee, liquorice and fruit. Finish: Long lasting.
