Mirabell belongs to the plum family. The fruit is harvested at up to 3 centimeters in size and golden yellow with red cheeks. They come exclusively from eastern Austria. On the very day of harvesting they are mashed at the fruit farmer. After natural fermentation is completed, the mash is distilled twice in a copper pot without any additives. The Mirabell matures in a glass balloon for 13 years. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Juicy, fruity hints. Palate: Spicy, fruity of ripe plums, full of character, finely balanced.
